About Us

My name is Jenny Lemieux, I am a local to St. Augustine, FL. I was born and raised in VA, moved to FL with my husband who served 22+ years in the US Navy (He is now happily retired). We have 2 amazing boys, Liam and Aedan. I work full-time as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with UF Health. I travel around the city to all of the Baptist Locations.

I discovered freeze dried candy from social media (Tiktok) in which I realized I was ordering a ton of candy from various companies selling on the site. I decided I wanted to give freeze drying a try and I have really enjoyed making new things. It feels like somewhat of an uncharted territory. So now I am spreading the news of freeze dried candies to others and providing a new joyous experience.
